Ticket System

If you have a "CheckPoint" account, you can submit a request through the built-in ticket system in your account dashboard. This is the fastest way to get a response — ticket requests are processed with priority.

Rights Holder Inquiries

If you are a rights holder and have discovered content that infringes your rights, please send a notice to service@chkpnt.ru in accordance with our Intellectual Property Policy.

The notice must contain:

  • A description of the intellectual property work
  • Identification of the infringing material (URL, title)
  • Your contact information and confirmation of authority

Review period — 5 business days.

Personal Data Requests

To exercise your rights as a data subject (access, correction, deletion, withdrawal of consent), send a request to service@chkpnt.ru with:

  • Your username in the "CheckPoint" system
  • A description of your request

A response will be provided within 30 days in accordance with Federal Law No. 152-FZ.

To manage your "CheckPoint" account data (profile changes, account deletion), contact the SSO provider at service@chkpnt.ru.
