How to Delete Your Account

Your account in "RetroDvor" is linked to your "CheckPoint" account. To delete it, send a request to service@chkpnt.ru with your "CheckPoint" username.

What Data Is Deleted

Upon account deletion from "RetroDvor," the following is permanently deleted:

• Profile — all data received from "CheckPoint" (identifier, username, avatar, display name)
• ROM files — all uploaded encrypted files
• Game saves — all cloud saves across all platforms
• Achievements — all unlocked trophies and progress
• Playthroughs — all game session statistics
• Leaderboard data — the user's results are removed from rankings

What Is NOT Deleted

• "CheckPoint" account — to delete it, contact "CheckPoint" (chkpnt.ru)
• RetroKey — stored only on your device, delete it yourself (clear app data or browser localStorage)

Deletion Timeline

• Data is deleted within 7 business days after confirmation of the request
• Backups containing user data are destroyed within 30 days
• After deletion, data recovery is impossible

Partial Data Deletion

If you only want to delete some data (e.g., specific ROM files or saves), you can do so yourself in the application without deleting your account.
